Hot Lunch Registration for the 2016-17 school year is now open. The order periods for each Hot Lunch Cycle will be:
Hot Lunch Cycle 1 - Oct. 6 - Dec. 8: Ordering period from Sept. 9 - Sept. 26 with payment due by Sept. 29.
Hot Lunch Cycle 2 - Jan. 12 - Mar. 23: Ordering period from Dec. 2 - Dec. 16 with payment due by Dec. 19.
Hot Lunch Cycle 3 - Apr. 6 - June 8: Ordering period from Mar. 3 - Mar. 17 with payment due by Mar. 21.
LATE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If payments are not received by the payment due date noted for each hot lunch order cycle, orders will be cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE:PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER A FOR NEW ACCOUNT AND ADD EACH CHILD AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH NEW SCHOOL YEAR. THIS IS DUE TO FOIP LAWS AND UPDATING NEW TEACHER(S) & HOME ROOMS. THIS IS ONLY IN REGARDS TO YOUR murielmartin.hotlunches.net ACCOUNT. IT DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
Please register each of your children as follows:
Select “Click here to register”
Your user id format should be firstname.lastname – for example john.doe
Setting up your user id in this format will help us to more easily identify parent names on the reports generated by the Hot Lunch software
Once you have filled in the information, select “Register for an Account”
Select “Profile”, then select “Add Students”
Please create an entry for each child you have attending Muriel Martin so that their order goes to the correct classroom (please ensure that you have selected the correct home room for your child as this is how orders are delivered to the students in each room).
Payment is accepted via PayPal (set up a PayPal account or pay as a guest using a credit card) and by cheque payable to Muriel Martin Fundraising Society or MMFS.
